The standard requires that products do not affect the taste or appearance of water; do not support the growth of microorganisms; and do not release cytotoxic or mutagenic compounds or metals. Passing this stringent standard gives the owner peace of mind. High Temperature (bare pump only) (BHM pumps) The pump is fitted with high temperature seals rated to 104o C. If electronic control for the pump is not required, the controller can easily be removed from the pump outlet via the plug and play leads.
