2. Conditions for Returns
Returns will not be accepted once items have been delivered, unless the items are faulty or damaged.
Replacement items will be provided for products that are faulty or damaged.
North Coast Water Tanks does not take responsibility on behalf of third-party deliveries.
All items remain the property of North Coast Water Tanks until paid for in full.
Cancelled orders are eligible for a refund however a 10% restocking and administartion fee will apply .
All Deposits paid are non-refundable deposit payments secure your tank order and cover administration , ordering processing and associated business costs .Ā
3. Replacement Process

Once the return is approved, we will arrange for the product to be sent back and a replacement item to be dispatched.
