2. Conditions for Returns
Returns will not be accepted once items have been delivered, unless the items are faulty or damaged.
Replacement items will be provided for products that are faulty or damaged.
Central Coast Water Tanks does not take responsibility on behalf of third-party deliveries.
All items remain the property of Central Coast Water Tanks until paid for in full.
Some items may incur a 10% restocking fee.
All deposits paid are non-refundable.
3. Replacement Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
Once the return is approved, we will arrange for the product to be sent back and a replacement item to be dispatched.
