Delivery Instructions Policy for Central Coast Water Tanks Proprietary Limited

1. Delivery Windows

  • Deliveries are scheduled within [9AM – 5PM] on business days.

  • Customers will be notified of the estimated delivery window in advance.

2. Customer Availability

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that two to three people, depending on the size of the tank, are available at the delivery location during the scheduled window.

  • If the customer is unavailable on the specified delivery date, it will be at the discretion of the tank manufacturer to reschedule a new delivery date.

3. Access and Instructions

  • Customers should provide clear and accurate delivery instructions, including any special access requirements or restrictions.

  • The driver will always do their best to get the tank in position, but the final decision on access will be at the driver’s discretion.

  • Please ensure that the delivery location is accessible and safe for the delivery team.

4. Third-Party Deliveries

  • Central Coast Water Tanks does not take responsibility for third-party deliveries, subcontractors, or external service providers, and does not take responsibility for any damage caused by them.

5. Missed Deliveries

  • If a delivery is missed, customers will be contacted to reschedule.

  • Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
