Delivery Instructions Policy for Central Coast Water Tanks Proprietary Limited
1. Delivery Windows
Deliveries are scheduled within [9AM – 5PM] on business days.
Customers will be notified of the estimated delivery window in advance.
2. Customer Availability
Customers are responsible for ensuring that two to three people, depending on the size of the tank, are available at the delivery location during the scheduled window.
If the customer is unavailable on the specified delivery date, it will be at the discretion of the tank manufacturer to reschedule a new delivery date.
3. Access and Instructions
Customers should provide clear and accurate delivery instructions, including any special access requirements or restrictions.
The driver will always do their best to get the tank in position, but the final decision on access will be at the driver’s discretion.
Please ensure that the delivery location is accessible and safe for the delivery team.
4. Third-Party Deliveries
Central Coast Water Tanks does not take responsibility for third-party deliveries, subcontractors, or external service providers, and does not take responsibility for any damage caused by them.
5. Missed Deliveries
If a delivery is missed, customers will be contacted to reschedule.
Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
